This notice explains how Producer First handles information submitted through this website. Separate notices and agreements may apply after approval, contracting, employment, or system activation.

Information we collect

When you apply or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, city, state, ZIP code, license status, experience, applicant type, agency size, opportunity preference, scheduling details, and the communications you send us. This public application does not request a Social Security number or banking information.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review and respond to applications, confirm basic location and eligibility information, schedule conversations, communicate about the opportunity, prevent misuse, maintain records, and improve our recruiting and onboarding process.

Communications

If you authorize application communications, Producer First and service providers acting on its behalf may contact you by phone, text, or email about your application and the opportunity you selected. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to an eligible text message or contact us to request that application communications stop.

Service providers and required disclosures

We may share information with vendors that support forms, scheduling, communications, hosting, security, and operations, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction.

Retention and security

Website applications are stored in Producer First’s protected recruiting system and made available only to authorized administrative users and service providers supporting the application process. We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, onboarding, compliance, dispute resolution, and operational purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of application information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. State law may provide additional rights.
