Website Terms

These terms govern use of producerfirst.com. They do not replace any carrier agreement, compensation schedule, independent-contractor agreement, employment document, subscription agreement, campaign order, or written program rules.

Opportunity information

Website content is general information, not a promise of approval, employment, carrier appointment, contract level, reimbursement, bonus, lead volume, appointments, sales, commissions, or income. Availability varies by state, license, carrier, product, status, eligibility, and written agreement.

1099 and W-2 paths

The nationwide 1099 opportunity is an independent-contractor path, not employment. Independent producers are responsible for their taxes, licensing, insurance, business expenses, approved system subscription, selected lead and advertising spend, and contractual chargebacks. The Carlsbad W-2 summary is not an employment offer; formal hiring and compensation documents control.

Compensation information

Contract levels are not universal product commission rates or income guarantees. Actual compensation depends on the applicable carrier, product, premium basis, policy status, advance terms, chargebacks, signed schedule, and other program requirements. Any calculator is illustrative only.

Technology and campaigns

Access to the Producer First AI System is currently listed at $399 per month. Activation, billing, renewal, cancellation, suspension, data access, acceptable use, and any usage-based charges are governed by separate written subscription terms. Approved leads are purchased separately at cost and are not included in the subscription. Technology does not guarantee business results.

Carrier and reward programs

Carrier access, appointments, products, reimbursements, and bonuses remain subject to licensing, carrier and state availability, qualifying issued-and-paid business, policy status, persistency, good standing, verification, written program terms, and applicable limits. Client needs and suitability always control.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. Producer First names, marks, copy, graphics, and site materials may not be copied, republished, or used to suggest affiliation without permission, except for ordinary personal review of the opportunity.
